The influence of distal-end heat treatment on deflection of nickel-titanium archwire

Abstract: Objective: The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the deflection-force behavior of nickel-titanium (NiTi) orthodontic wires adjacent to the portion submitted to heat treatment.
