Ações para segurança na prescrição, uso e administração de medicamentos em unidades de pronto atendimento

Abstract: Resumo OBJETIVO Identificar os riscos e incidentes relacionados ao processo de terapia medicamentosa no cenário de uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) e propor ações de gerenciamento e práticas seguras, na percepção da equipe de enfermagem.
