Mapping Organizational Culture Schemas Based on Correlational Class Analysis: A Tutorial

Abstract: Context: organizational culture tends to be investigated based on organizational consensus degree, even when it is seen as shared meanings. However, sharing meanings does not imply having the same opinions.
