Clinical management of childhood bruxism

Abstract: RESUMOEste trabalho objetiva relatar o caso clínico de um paciente do sexo masculino, nove anos de idade, que compareceu a Clínica da Dor de uma instituição de ensino superior com queixa principal de cefaléia e apertamento dentário em vigília. Ao exame clínico, observou-se facetas de desgaste dentário e transpasse horizontal acentuado. Não foram observadas alterações articulares e/ou musculares.
