Modelos de predição da cinética de secagem dos grãos de guandu

Abstract: ResumoO objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar a cinética de secagem em camada fi na dos grãos de guandu submetidos a diversas condições de secagem, por meio de diferentes modelos matemáticos. Com o modelo de Fick, determinou-se a difusividade efetiva e a energia de ativação.
