Abstract: Resumo: A legislação brasileira prevê a possibilidade de utilização, pelas faculdades de medicina, de cadáveres não reclamados para fins didático e científico. Apesar disso, há dificuldades no cumprimento da norma pelos estabelecimentos de ensino.
