Abstract:This study explores the behavior of aluminum powder in laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) for additive manufacturing. Focusing on AlSi10Mg powders, the research investigates the effects of environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity, on crucial properties like moisture content, fluidity, density, and agglomeration.
