Nanoparticles of ZnO Doped With Mn: Structural and Morphological Characteristics

Abstract: In this study, the effects of dopant concentrations on the structural and morphological characteristics of Zn 1-x Mn x O powders (x= 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, and 0.1 mole) synthesized by the Pechini method has been investigated.
