Abstract:Resumo Este trabalho analisa as relações entre Argentina e Brasil, sob o marco da Primeira Guerra Mundial, através das atuações dos cientistas Rudolf Kraus e Arthur Neiva. O conflito mostrou que a idealizada civilização europeia falhara em diversos aspectos e abriu novas perspectivas nos países das Américas.
