Relationship between leadership coaching and nurses’ resilience in hospital environments

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the relationship between leadership coaching and nurses’ resilience in hospital environments. Method: This is a cross-sectional study, carried out with nurses, nursing assistants and technicians.
