Evaluation of the response to prone positioning in awake patients with COVID-19

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the acute effects of the responses to prone positioning (PP) in awake patients with COVID-19. A prospective, single-centered study, using supplemental oxygen, was conducted with 32 awake patients with COVID-19. The response to PP was performed for 30 minutes. According to their tolerance, the patients were instructed to daily remain in PP.
