Abstract:Resumo: O risco a desastres é resultado de um longo processo de vulnerabilização das comunidades expostas aos fenômenos hidrológicos e/ou geológicos. O contexto socioeconômico e as desigualdades de gênero e raça agravam esta condição, gerando impactos diferenciais em determinados grupos.
