Street-level bureaucrats’ action in the implementation of public policies in Brazil: a proposal for expanded analysis

Abstract: Resumo Neste artigo são analisadas as múltiplas dimensões da atuação dos burocratas de nível de rua no contexto brasileiro da implementação de políticas públicas.
