Notions of subject and power in Foucaultian readings and their influence in organization and people management studies

Abstract: Resumo O objetivo deste artigo é refletir sobre a noção de sujeito e poder caracterizada por Michel Foucault (1926-1984), considerando suas três fases intelectuais e suas possibilidades nos estudos de organizações e gestão de pessoas.
