Abstract:This study aims to determine therapeutic protocols of intramuscular sodium cloxacillin (IM) in goats with potential antibacterial effects against Staphylococcus spp. We constructed a pharmacokinetic (PK) model of IM, followed by a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic integration (PK/PD).
