Abstract:Of all thyroid cancers, anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) has the lowest incidence and worst prognosis. In this report, we describe a 64-year-old female patient who underwent total thyroidectomy and level VI neck dissection for papillary thyroid carcinoma.
