Yeasts in native fruits from Brazilian neotropical savannah: occurrence, diversity and enzymatic potential

Abstract: Cerrado is the second largest phytogeographic domain in Brazil, with a huge ethnobotany variety, including fruit species that stand out for their economic, industrial, biotechnological and medicinal potential.
