Abstract:This study aims to evaluate the anti-cancer-related inflammation activity of Cyperus rotundus bioactive compounds. The component of C. rotundus was analyzed using LC-HRMS. The drug-likeness of all compounds were analyzed using swissADME webserver. In addition, the analysis of inhibition potential of compounds against NF-κB and iNOS were carried out using molecular docking in PyRx software.
