Effects of Strength Training on Physical Stability in Dancers

Abstract: Introduction: Ballroom dance has evolved from a simple self-taught part of folklore to a technical, performative, and artistic competitive dance called the International Standard Dance. Objective: Study the effects of special lower limb strength training on the physical stability of dancers.
