Cherry Extract on Post-Exercise Muscle Damage

Abstract: Introduction: Cherry extract has a high amount of anthocyanins and flavonoids containing antioxidant effects. Its high antioxidant characteristics have been shown to reduce markers of delayed muscle soreness (DOMS) and exercise-induced muscle damage (EIMD) to improve recovery after exercise.
