Myostatin Coordinating the Proliferation and Differentiation of Adipose and Skeletal Muscle Cells and Energy Metabolism Balance Based on Gene Chip Technology

Abstract: Myoblasts fuse into multinucleated muscle fibers to form and promote the growth of skeletal muscle. In order to analyze the role of myostatin (MSTN) in body fat, skeletal muscle cell proliferation and differentiation and energy metabolism, this study will use the antisense RNA technology of gene chip technology to study it.
