The objective is to address the issue of simplification of physical education classes offered by large colleges and universities. The evaluation standard of physical education curriculum is not unified. The physical education management system focuses on the functions of collecting information, sorting, and statistics and has low timeliness and guiding significance. This paper puts forward an analysis of the construction principle of physical fitness training target system based on machine learning and data mining. This paper uses informational analysis to statistically analyze the healthy behavior of college students, to guide the physical education of college students, and to propose a model for the analysis of healthy sports behavior of college students based on data mining technology. Create a decision tree template for students whose cardiovascular function does not meet the standard using the decision tree algorithm. The association rule algorithm is used to mine the association of five indexes of physical health, so as to judge the hidden law between students’ physical fitness and behavior habits and get the correlation information of various physical health indicators. The simulation results show that, through the prediction of college students’ healthy sports behavior data, when the sample point is 5, the original value data is 16, which is higher than the estimated value, the convergence of the overall data characteristic distribution is good, and the disturbance error is low. Therefore, using this method to analyze the application of college students’ healthy sports behavior has a high accuracy of sports-related data mining and can effectively guide college students’ sports management and training.

The cold weather in winter in severe cold areas has brought many adverse effects on the local social and economic development. As an essential connecting element between buildings, the warm skyway not only provides convenient travel conditions for the community but also expands the functional richness of public space and promotes a healthy life. The core of this study is to build a walking system with good walking comfort and promote healthy activities by constructing a warm skyway to renew university campuses in cold regions. Harbin is a typical cold region city in Northeast China. Taking the community of Harbin Institute of technology as an example, using the GIS platform, POI data, OSM map, and other open-source data, through the methods of vector analysis, nuclear density analysis, correlation analysis, and mixing degree analysis, this paper studies the location of the warm skyway and the functional transformation of the connecting layer, and puts forward the planning strategies of the warm skyway system in the university campus community in severe cold areas, to provide a basis for the construction of a healthy walking-friendly community in cold cities.

With the advent of the era of Industry 4.0, big data and the Internet of Things came into being. The rise of big data and the Internet of Things has had an impact on all walks of life. The development of big data and the Internet of Things provides an opportunity for the evolution of street form. With the rapid development of smart cities, the street shape is also changing more and more towards the direction of intelligence. Taking Chunxi Road in Chengdu as an example, this paper studies the generation mechanism of street morphology. The factors influencing the generation of street form are divided into two categories: (1) legal factors. (2) Architectural design factors. By building a model, the article quantitatively analyzes the impact of these two types of factors on street form. At the same time, the article conducts an in-depth study on the evolution of ancient Chinese street morphology. The ancient Chinese street form is divided into four stages, namely the Tang and Song Dynasties, the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Late Qing Dynasty, and the founding of New China. The influencing factors of street shape are divided into four categories, namely, the influence of commodity economy, the influence of foreign culture, the influence of building materials, and the influence of traffic. This paper elaborates the influence mechanism of these four factors on the street form in China. The article finally puts forward the development trend of my country’s future street form, and points out that the evolution of my country’s street form will develop in the direction of intelligence, and intelligent transportation, intelligent garbage classification system, etc. will be applied. The number of brick-and-mortar stores in my country’s street layout may decrease.
