Sports health has become a goal pursued by most people, both young and old, which is mainly due to the improvement of people’s living standards and the improvement of economic level. Different groups have great differences in the way of physical exercise for public health. The idea of pursuing physical exercise is better but most ignore the factors that affect exercise. Not only will this have a certain negative impact on body function but it also defeats the purpose of physical exercise. Reasonable physical exercise is more urgently needed. However, for public health physical exercise, reasonable methods are also difficult to obtain. This is mainly due to the large differences in the number of groups and hurdles faced by public health. This study designs a public health-oriented sports training platform based on big data technology. It mainly uses the hollow convolutional neural network (A-CNN) and the GRU method to extract the relationship between physical training and physical function, weather factors, and exercise intensity. The research results show that the A-CNN and GRU methods can better map the relationship between sports training parameters and the three characteristics that affect sports health. This kind of sports training platform based on big data technology can better guide young people or the elderly to carry out reasonable physical exercise. A-CNN and GRU techniques have relatively high accuracy in predicting the three characteristics of physical exercise. The smallest error is only 1.43%, and the largest error is also 2.56%.

In the background of big data informatization, social and economic development needs talent support, and colleges and universities are the main positions of talent training. Using the features of self-organization, distributed multi-intelligence and positive feedback of the ant colony algorithm, a personalized learning path recommendation algorithm supporting pattern knowledge is proposed by combining the above learning feature model. The subject starts an independent solution search simultaneously at multiple points in the problem space, which increases the algorithm’s reliability and gives the algorithm a strong global search capability. When performing talent development path recommendation, the collaborative mechanism of distributed multi-subjects of the ant colony algorithm makes it possible to find an acceptable path quickly. Combined with the new knowledge representation model, the matching degree of students and learning objects is calculated from three dimensions, the heuristic information is obtained accordingly, and the Euclidean distance is used for matching degree calculation. Using the ant colony optimization algorithm to analyze the paths for cultivating talents in college education, it is concluded that in terms of the number of teachers: the total number of teachers with positive senior titles in five colleges and universities is 238, accounting for 8.88%, and the number of full-time teachers with senior associate titles is 618, accounting for 23.07%, all of which are lower than the average level in Fujian Province. This study has some reference significance to the cultivation of applied talents in local colleges and universities and has some reference value to the government in formulating the policy of cultivating talents in colleges and universities.

This paper first proposes an integral function algorithm of the support vector machine model for path optimization of physical education and health courses in colleges and universities according to the core literacy integration teaching situation. Secondly, the integral function algorithm is used to map the initial data from the original space to a higher dimensional space so that the samples exhibit linear differentiability in the higher dimensional space and the significance and correlation of the factors influencing physical education and health in colleges and universities are analyzed using spatiotemporal sequences. Then a physical education and health test management system was constructed according to the needs of physical education teachers and students, while an integral function algorithm was used to analyze the behavior of physical education and health knowledge in colleges and universities. The results showed that there was a significant difference (p>0.05) between the knowledge of physical education and health ( X ± SD ) for 10.6 ± 4.5 and physical education and health behavior ( X ± SD) for 7.2 ± 3.5 showing that there was no significant difference between the knowledge and behavior of physical education and health, which can be considered to have a high degree of consistency in knowledge and behavior.
