Abstract: The pandemic caused by coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has changed the routine of surfers, professionals and all those involved in surfing. “…Alterações na aptidão cardiorrespiratória, composição corporal e saúde mental foram documentadas em atletas de diversas modalidades, dentre elas: surfe, futebol, atletismo, ciclismo, natação, corrida, handball e atletas de combate [10][11][12][13][14][15][16] .
