Characteristics of Training and Association With Injuries in Recreational Road Runners

“…Aiming to understand these trends, researchers have paying attention on changes in runners' profile (Breuer et al, 2013), and also on runners' performance, trying to point out variables possibly related to this performance (Kozlovskaia et al, 2019;Thuany et al, 2020a).
