Moonlighting and physician residents’ compensation: is it all about money? A cross-sectional Brazilian study

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Moonlighting is a largely discussed, however under-explored, subject among physician residents. OBJECTIVES: To analyze the frequency of moonlighting and its related factors.
