Abstract

This issue of Materials Research comprises 25 regular articles and 14 selected papers presented in the 4thTechnical Meeting of Materials Science and Technology Post-Graduation Program of UNESP, POSMAT, which occurred from 13 to 14th of March 2014, at the Technological Park of Sorocaba, SP, Brazil. With approximately 180 participants, the meeting promoted an environment of interaction and integration for researchers, students and industries members. In addition to the post-graduation members there was also the participation of, foreign invited researchers; Dr.
