Abstract:Nous partirons de l'hypothèse que le diagnostic, dans l'approche psychanalytique, ne se détermine pas à partir d'une classification des troubles. Pour le démontrer, nous analyserons le cas d'un jeune homme où la psychose ne s'est pas manifestée avec une sémiologie évidente (hallucination, délire, troubles du langage, etc). C'est la reconstruction des processus identificatoires, demeurés inaboutis pour le sujet, qui nous orientera vers un diagnostic de psychose.
