“…The status civil of both sample are comparable in the study of Taka, almost 50% of the women do not have children; in this study, 35% of women did not have sons instead. Civil status and childbearing are similar in the two studies and are important determinants because previous investigations on burnout show that they are protective factors against burnout development [38,39]. “…En estudios relacionados a los efectos del sexo en el burnout docente se encuentran resultados que reportan la ausencia de su efecto (Esteras et al, 2014) o efectos diferenciados considerando las dimensiones de agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y baja realización personal que son integradas en la evaluación del burnout (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) aunque sus resultados no quedan claros.
