Abstract:Objectives: Three pelvic osteotomies (Salter, Dega, Pemberton) are widely used in walking patients under seven years old for DDH treatment. We’ve proposed a modified Salter Pelvic Osteotomy (SPO), which has the advantages of the abovementioned osteotomies.
