Reverse Sural Flap for Lower Limb Reconstruction

Abstract: Introduction: Reconstruction of distal wounds in lower extremities can be challenging due to the lack of tissue to perform local flaps. Fasciocutaneous and muscular flaps are some options for coverage, such as the reverse-flow fasciocutaneous sural flap.
