Nurse Manager Perceptions of Patient Safety Strategy Implementation

Abstract: Objective: to describe the patient safety strategy implantation process through the perspective of nurse managers.Method: a qualitative descriptive-exploratory approach, performed with 72 nurse managers from four public university hospitals in Paraná.
