Resistance of Aeromonas hydrophila isolates to antimicrobials and sanitizers

Abstract: In recent decades, Aeromonas hydrophila has emerged as a foodborne bacterial pathogen of public health concern, especially as it exhibits resistance to the major chemical sanitizers commonly used in the food industry.
