This research is an initiative of students and tutors of the Psychology program in the nursery, from August 2011 to August 2012, with contributions from the Cuchavira group and invited tutors; It arises, given the need for reflection in the face of the diversity of models both in training and in interventions, It is part of the line of research "Psychology and construction of subjectivities". The scopes that arise in this investigative proposal; identify trends in the interventions carried out, based on dialogues and perceptions of experiences with the educational community, to inquire about articulations with the Academic Pedagogical Project, PAPS 3.0, in relation to the missionary goals of social transformation, construction of subjectivities and sustainable human development. Establish roles, principles and practices that allow the recognition of the auditor profile in PAPS 3.0. Generate interdisciplinary conversations, feedback and reflections on psychosocial intervention. The methodological design is framed in qualitative research, mediated by dialogues and semi-structured interviews, in which the perceptions and experiences of 107 students in professional practices, and 27 participating tutors are processed, allowing to account for trends, potentialities and needs in the interventions and new perspectives of Psychology Community in Colombia.
