Photodynamic therapy of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using digital cholangioscopy

Abstract: Background: Cholangiocarcinoma is an aggressive neoplasm that usually requires palliative biliary drainage. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has been described as a successful adjunct treatment to malignant biliary obstruction.
