In Silico analysis of Vitis vinifera Cabernet Sauvignon TOR and its responses to sugar and abscisic acid signaling

Abstract: Target of rapamycin (TOR) is a very critical protein in plants, which connects with biological process, glycometabolism, life span, and photosynthesis. Here, the evolutionary relationship, conserved motif, gene structure and cis-acting elements of TOR were analyzed.
