Food environment near schools in the largest Brazilian metropolis: analyses and contributions based on census data

Abstract: We aimed to investigate and compare the distribution of establishments that sell food near municipal, state, and private schools in the municipality of São Paulo, Brazil. This cross-sectional, exploratory, and census study was conducted in 3,121 schools.
