Considerações teóricas sobre a terra como puro ativo financeiro e o processo de financeirização

Abstract: RESUMO O presente artigo tem dois objetivos: 1) precisar conceitos que estão envolvidos na relação entre o mercado imobiliário e a financeirização da acumulação de capital; e 2) aprofundar a reflexão sobre as contradições existentes no tratamento da terra como puro ativo financeiro. Sempre que possível, exemplos concretos serão trazidos para ilustrar esse esforço conceitual.
