Bleeding hepatocellular adenoma: historical series and outcomes

Abstract: Introduction: hepatocellular adenoma - AHC - is a rare benign neoplasm of the liver more prevalent in women at reproductive age and its main complication is hemorrhage. In the literature, case series addressing this complication are limited.
