Abstract:RESUMO Introdução: tumores hepáticos são neoplasias raras na infância (1-2%), sendo que cerca de 2/3 são malignos. O hepatoblastoma (HB) é o mais frequente, seguido do carcinoma hepatocelular (CHC). Em ambos, o principal tratamento é a ressecção cirúrgica completa.
