Cultural adaptation and the Clavien-Dindo surgical complications classification translated to Brazilian Portuguese.

Abstract: Objective: to generate a translated and validated version of the Clavien-Dindo Classification of Surgical Complications (CDC) to Brazilian Portuguese (CDC-BR). Methods: the process of translation and adaptation followed the guideline of Beaton et al., 2000.
