“…Medical therapy with propranolol is well documented as an effective treatment for infantile haemangioma, as well as the recent literature suggesting its effectiveness in cavernous haemangiomas 5–7. Despite this, surgical treatment, either endoscopically or with partial cystectomy, appears to dominate the literature for haemangiomas of the bladder 8–10.
