Abstract

Contrast-enhanced thoracic CT coronal (A) and axial sections (B) shows a giant hydatic cyst of approximately 9 cm x 12 cm x 13 cm in the lower lobe of the right lung (arrows) and a shift to the left in the mediastinum.
