Cross-cultural adaptation, validation and reliability of the Medication Safety Thermometer tool for use in Brazil

Abstract: Objectives: to perform cross-cultural adaptation, face and content validation and reliability analysis of the Medication Safety Thermometer tool for use in Brazil.
