Development, validation and international certification of a health portal for people with disabilities

Abstract: Objectives: to develop, validate with specialists and internationally certify a virtual health portal, the D+Informação. Methods: a quantitative methodological study. Twenty-two expert judges validated the Portal in the health and computer science areas using the Content Validity Index and the Gwet test.
