Psycho social risks noted by oncology workers related to their quality of life

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the relation between occupational psychosocial risks and quality of life related to health, felt by workers who work in oncology and palliative care units in a region of Chile. “…Por aspectos culturales y de género, las labores domésticas y el cuidado de los hijos en Latinoamérica es responsabilidad de la mujer independiente por lo que esta tiene una doble carga laboral que causa agotamiento y sentimiento de culpa por la falta de atención a los hijos, la familia y los amigos (20).
