Abstract:A 33-year-old, right-handed male with a left occipital hemangiopericytoma treated with resection/radiation (60 Gy) with resultant focal epilepsy, presented with severe left-sided headache, expressive aphasia/right homonymous hemianopsia and right-sided hemisensory deficits.
