Phenotypic divergence among half-sib progenies of African mahogany

Abstract: Divergence studies are essential for the conservation of genetic resources and guidance in genetic improvement programs. This study aimed to assess the phenotypic dispersion of half-sib progenies using Gower's algorithm and the non-metric multidimensional scaling analysis based on qualitative and quantitative traits.
