Characterization and in vitro antitumor activity of polymeric nanoparticles loaded with Uncaria tomentosa extract

Abstract: Uncaria tomentosa (UT) extracts have been shown to have promising antitumor activity. We hypothesized that its incorporation into nanostructured systems could improve the anticancer properties.
