Who Should They Relate To? A Study For the Identification and Analysis of Criteria to the Partners’ Selection in Inter-Organizational Networks

O presente estudo visou compreender as práticas de gestão de redes interorganizacionais de distintos contextos. Por meio de uma pesquisa empírica de natureza qualitativa, apoiando-se na análise de conteúdo da fala de dois gestores, investigou as práticas gerenciais das empresas de coworking Impact Hub e Plural. Os achados de pesquisa apontam para quatro categoria analíticas temáticas, sendo essas: (1) o perfil da rede se constrói por um processo semiestruturado; (2) a comunicação é o principal desafio da gestão; (3) mecanismos de integração fortalecem a rede e (4) o demonstrativo de resultados é um processo sensível. Considerações finais demostram que mesmo as empresas colaborativas apresentando vivências e estruturas distintas os desafios e as estratégias de gestão são similares.
